Innovative Partnership

Starting in Fall 2024, Wittenberg will offer a new engineering pathway thanks to a dual-degree partnership with 印第安纳州 Institute of Technology (印第安纳州 Tech), located in Fort Wayne, 印第安纳州.

Administered through Wittenberg’s Department of Physics, the new pathway will give Wittenberg students a competitive advantage as it combines the critical thinking, immersive research, and problem-solving skills that define the University’s liberal arts education with the expansive, high-tech learning options of 印第安纳州 Tech, 一个更大的, STEM-focused institution.

The partnership with 印第安纳州 Tech allows students the opportunity to earn a B.A. in 物理 from Wittenberg University and a B.S. in engineering from 印第安纳州 Tech via remote learning, all while remaining on the Wittenberg campus for a total of five academic years.

Inside the Program

An interdisciplinary and integrated degree with broadly focused concentrations designed to expose students to various engineering disciplines, 印第安纳州 Tech’s B.S. in engineering offers students the opportunity to create their own track of engineering study.
